RESERVATIONS:

• 100% payment is due at the time of your reservation and may be made by Money Order or by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard ).
• Our cancellation policy automatically applies.
• $25 FEE WILL BE ADDED ON if half-day hike extends beyond 4 hours.

CANCELLATIONS:

• If you must cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
  
  

  31+ Days Prior to Start of Trip:	Full Refund
  16-30 Days Prior to Start of Trip:	50% of Total Invoice
  0-15 Days Prior to Start of Trip:	No Refund

  
  
• Guests who fail to provide the signed “Release of Liability & Acknowledgement of Risk” will not be allowed to join the hike and our standard cancellation policy as described above will apply.
• There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.
• Joshua Tree Hiking Adventures reserves the right to cancel any trip due to low enrollment, or if we feel that the quality of the trip or safety of travelers would be compromised. In such case, refund of all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement.
• Joshua Tree Hiking Adventures cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable air tickets, extra expenses due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
• Exceptions to our Cancellation Policy cannot be made for any reason, including those due to weather or personal emergencies. WE DO HIKE IN THE RAIN! Bring raingear just in case.
